An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore issued non-bailable arrest warrants on Tuesday for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case related to violence during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf rally on September 21 in Lahore.
The case, registered at Lahore's Manawan Police Station, accuses Gandapur of damaging vehicles while traveling to Kahna for the public gathering.
Additionally, a fresh case was lodged on September 24 under 13 provisions, including the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA), alleging that Gandapur led an armed mob near the Sialkot Interchange.
