President Donald Trump is expected to attend SpaceX's 'Starship' rocket launch on Tuesday in Boca Chica, Texas, underscoring Elon Musk's growing influence within his orbit.

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued temporary flight restrictions over the area, coinciding with the launch window for the test of SpaceX's massive rocket.

Trump’s attendance follows his recent appearances with Musk at a UFC fight in New York and meetings with Capitol Hill Republicans. Musk, who invested $200 million in Trump’s campaign through a political action committee, has been appointed alongside Vivek Ramaswamy to lead an advisory committee aimed at cutting government costs and reshaping Washington’s operations.

The 30-minute launch window opens at 4 p.m. Central Time. SpaceX plans to test the booster’s landing capture system in Texas, while the upper stage will splash down in the Indian Ocean. Musk’s involvement with the Trump administration has drawn ethical concerns due to his federal interests, but the collaboration continues to evolve as Trump builds his team.
