In September, the two teamed up for a special Spotify Anniversaries episode marking the 25th anniversary of Aguilera’s self-titled debut album. Reflecting on the milestone, Aguilera told Rolling Stone, “I wanted to celebrate the 25th anniversary of my debut album in a way that brings together the past and present. I’ve always enjoyed reimagining my songs with different styles and audiences.”

For Carpenter, the moment was deeply personal. Speaking to Paper Magazine in August, she shared, “She’s very special to me. Those songs raised me. I was 11 years old, and you couldn’t get her name out of my mouth.”

Carpenter’s LA tour continues with two more shows at the Kia Forum in Inglewood this weekend, further cementing her presence as a rising star in the pop music scene.
