SAU leads Sindh varsities in Google Certification Programme

The varsity said that 150 students of the SAU had participated in the training programme

HYDERABAD:

The Sindh Agriculture University (SAU), Tandojam, has clinched the top slot among 10 public sector universities in the province whose around 1,000 students were enrolled for the Google Career Certification Programme. The varsity said that 150 students of the SAU, including 100 from the main campus and 50 from Umerkot district campus, had participated in the training programme.

Speaking at the certificate distribution ceremony at SAU, the Sindh Secretary of Information, Noor Muhammad Samo said that the provincial government plans to launch a laptop scheme for university students.

Laptop schemes for students is nice step. This scheme should be specially for PhD scholars from 2024 and onward so that enrolment to be enhanced.
