It is unclear what the woman was yelling or what initially sparked the confrontation.
The clip has gained tens of millions of views on X, with countless people condemning the woman for shouting at a young child.
Meanwhile, the girl’s father, seen holding a microphone, hints that he may have been addressing the crowd prior to the incident.
The father quickly lifted the girl from her stroller, holding her in his arms as he moved away.
Another woman, holding a “Harris/Walz” sign, stepped in to push the agitator away from the child. She placed a hand on the woman’s chest, motioning for her to stop.
In the background, someone is heard saying, “Are you not ashamed at all? Look at her face!”
X users expressed outrage at the woman’s behavior, with one person commenting, “This makes my blood boil,” while others questioned the decision to bring a young child to the rally.
Others responded with humor, like one user who wrote, “HARRIS SUPPORTER, TODDLER TERRORIZER.”
Many viewers praised the woman who intervened, acknowledging her as a “hero” despite political differences.
“I don’t know who she is…and I clearly disagree with her politics… But this woman who had the good sense to tell this unhinged brat it’s not appropriate to attack someone’s baby….deserves a shout out,” one individual commented.
