Trump, aiming to clarify his position, went on to say, “They say I lost by 22,000 votes…that’s one one-tenth of one percent,” claiming that these narrow margins across states added up. Trump continued by criticizing intelligence officials, saying, “Fifty-one intelligent agents lied…they said it was created by Russia,” referring to the Hunter Biden laptop controversy, which he claimed influenced public opinion ahead of the election.

As Rogan continued to ask for concrete evidence, Trump struggled to offer specifics, saying that voting processes were adjusted “without legislative approval.” When Rogan asked him to clarify, Trump vaguely replied, “For extensions of voting, for voting earlier. All these different things by law, they had to get legislative approvals.”
