Diddy’s ex-bodyguard Gene Deal claims son Christian might take blame for guns found in FBI raid

Deal discussed the defaced guns and ammunition seized from Diddy’s Miami and LA homes in a March 2024 FBI raid.

Diddy’s former bodyguard, Gene Deal, recently appeared on The Art Of Dialogue interview on their YouTube channel on October 23, discussing the rapper, who is currently incarcerated. Deal spoke about the guns and ammunition with defaced serial numbers that were seized from Diddy’s Miami and LA homes during an FBI raid in March 2024.

When asked about the weapons found without serial numbers, he responded: "I think that it's gonna be hard to prove that they're his weapons… Because he had grown other grown people living there. And plus that house, I believe was in a corporation name. So they're gonna have to get maids, butlers, cleaning people or somebody that's in that house."

Deal suggested that Diddy's son, Christian, might take responsibility for the gun charges to protect his father, adding:

"One of his sons might take it… Christian might take it. Christian wants to be a gangster, he is a gangster right. He might take it... those weren't my dad's, those were mine."

During the interview on October 24, Deal reiterated that, despite the weapons being found at Diddy's residence, proving ownership would be challenging.

He also noted that it would be difficult because the weapons weren’t operable. 

Deal speculated that one of Diddy’s sons might claim ownership to protect him, saying: "You had to put them together as far as I know for them to be operable, so he may have had weapons there, or he may not… One of his sons.. gonna have to claim it. They just put anything they found in the house. They just put it on him.."

He added: "or somebody that's in that house to have a daily contact to say that it was his room that they found those weapons in. And then the weapons weren't operable.... Now it's not illegal to have those weapons, but it is illegal to deface those weapons.… "

Gene Deal also shared his perspective on Diddy, describing him as materialistic and someone who gave up his career and industry respect for material gains. 

He closed the interview by expressing sympathy for Diddy's family and loved ones, stating: "An industry to be better than what it was. But he gave it up for 30 pieces of silver… I don't feel sorry for him.... I feel compassion for the people that thought that he could be better and he ended up the way he is right now."
