Roma Michael, a Lahore-based Pakistani model and actress, has removed an Instagram post featuring her walking the runway at the Miss Grand International 2024 event.

The deletion followed backlash from audiences in Pakistan.

Despite the removal of the video from her account, it continued to circulate across various social media platforms.

Model-turned-actor, Roma Michael's journey began during an internship at Faces Pakistan in 2013, where encouragement from a colleague led her to try modeling, resulting in her first photoshoot and a wave of compliments on social media.

Since then, she has successfully collaborated with well-known brands and top designers including as HSY, Nida Azwer, and Mohsin Naveed Ranjha and participated in major fashion events like the Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC) and Fashion Pakistan Week (FPW) from 2016 to 2019.

Her acting credits include roles in films such as "Delhi Gate" and "Kahey Dil Jidher," along with television series like "Tu Zindagi Hai" and "Pyari Nimmo." Additionally, she has represented Pakistan at prestigious international events, including Cannes Fashion Week and the Dubai Fashion Show.

In addition to her modeling career, Roma has appeared in television commercials for many brands, solidifying her status in the fashion and entertainment industry.
