Bollywood superstar Salman Khan became emotional while remembering his late friend Baba Siddiqui during a live episode of the reality show "Bigg Boss." The incident occurred as Salman was filming the latest episode, which was affected by Siddiqui's tragic death.

Baba Siddiqui was assassinated in attack on October 12. Upon learning the news, Khan abruptly halted the shoot and left the set.

During this week’s episode, he struggled to conceal his grief over the loss of his close friend, with tears visible in his eyes.

Speculations had arisen regarding Khan's absence from the show following threats on his life from the Bishnoi gang, leading many to believe he might not host "Bigg Boss" for a few weeks.

However, he continued filming, appearing in the special weekend episode titled "Weekend Ka Vaar."

While addressing the show's contestants, Khan expressed his reluctance to meet anyone that day, stating, "I didn't want to meet anyone, and I didn't even want to come to the set." He further added, "I didn't feel like meeting any of you today, but work is work, and we have to keep going."

Previously, Salman Khan had received another threatening message from the Lawrence Bishnoi group, demanding over $600,000 to end their feud.

The warning was sent via a WhatsApp message, stating that if the money is not paid, Khan’s fate “will be worse than that of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddiqui.”

This is not the first time Salman Khan has faced threats from the Bishnoi gang.

In 2022, a threatening letter was found near his residence, and in March 2023, an email was allegedly sent by gang members.

In January 2024, two unidentified individuals attempted to break into Khan’s farmhouse in Panvel using fake identities, leading to heightened security measures for the actor.

Moreover, India's renowned film producer Salim Khan stated that his son Salman Khan will not apologise to the infamous Indian gangster group Lawrence Bishnoi.
