Tom Holland reveals his passion for carpentry and how he helps girlfriend Zendaya with home repairs in a podcast.

In a recent episode of the Rich Roll podcast, actor Tom Holland revealed a heartwarming detail about his relationship with Zendaya. The 28-year-old Spider-Man star shared that one of his favorite things to do is help Zendaya with home repairs, reflecting his love for carpentry.

"If something breaks in Zendaya's house, I take huge pride in fixing it," said Holland. He recalled a recent project where he transformed a guest room in Zendaya’s house, saying, “I built her these cupboards and put a new wardrobe up for her and fitted it in so it looked like it was part of the wall. And I was very proud of myself.”

Holland credited his carpentry skills to his late grandfather, who taught him the craft from a young age. "My grandfather taught me carpentry," he explained. "Hopefully, one day, one of my goals is to have a property where I can have a little workshop on site and keep up that little family tradition of carpentry.”

Although Holland humorously noted that carpentry might be his “get-out plan” if acting doesn't work out, he emphasized his enjoyment of the craft, saying, "Carpentry is something I just really enjoy. I love it." He also mentioned that he once fixed a door for Zendaya early in their relationship, joking that it led to their romance: “I fixed my girlfriend's door once… and now we're in love."
