A hotel guest staying at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires has revealed hearing unsettling noises and a "violent scream" coming from Liam Payne’s room before the singer tragically fell to his death on October 16 at the age of 31.

The guest described hearing "a lot of noise," which they initially mistook for construction, followed by heavy sounds like "banging" and "lifting." Minutes later, around 4:30 p.m., more noise was heard, and soon after, the guest recalled hearing "a really loud, violent scream" before police arrived on the scene.

Payne died shortly after from multiple injuries and internal and external hemorrhages, as confirmed by the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office. The autopsy revealed that 25 injuries were "consistent with those caused by a fall from a height," and his head injuries were sufficient to cause death.

Prior to the incident, the hotel's chief receptionist had made a 911 call expressing concerns about Payne's behavior, stating he appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and that his life could be in danger due to his proximity to the balcony.

Payne’s tragic death continues to shock fans and the music community, and he is survived by his 7-year-old son Bear Grey, whom he shared with his ex, Cheryl.
