ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad Accountability Court has directed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit its reply over the court jurisdiction to hear Toshakhana reference following the Supreme Court's verdict on NAB amendments.

Accountability Court Judge Abida Sajjad heard the reference against President Asif Ali Zardari, Senate Chairman Yousuf Raza Gilani and former premier Nawaz Sharif, accused of taking vehicles from Toshakhana. During the proceedings, the counsel for Nawaz Sharif raised question over court's jurisdiction to hear the case after the apex court's NAB amendment verdict.
