Gigi, the 17-year-old creator of Roblox’s popular game 'Dress to Impress,' is facing serious allegations from Sara, the creator of 'It Girl.'
On September 30, Sara posted a thread and a Google document on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, accusing Gigi of attempting to frame her as a rapist, body-shaming, and other inappropriate behavior.
Sara shared screenshots from former developers of 'Dress to Impress,' who claimed Gigi planned to frame her if Sara’s game gained popularity. Additional accusations included attempts to falsely DMCA strike 'It Girl' and mocking Sara’s appearance through a shared photo.

Later that day, former employee Chowiru alleged Gigi ignored her mental health struggles and suicide attempts, providing screenshots as evidence.

Gigi responded with a public apology, acknowledging some statements but denying the body-shaming claim, stating she had never seen Sara’s appearance. Gigi also denied ever being racist but expressed regret for past actions, explaining that she was 14 at the time.

Despite the controversy, 'Dress to Impress' remains popular on Roblox, supported by collaborations such as Charli XCX's 2024 album 'Brat.' Nonetheless, these allegations have cast a shadow over its success.
