Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori visited Olympian Arshad Nadeem’s residence in Mian Channu on Sunday to congratulate him on winning a gold medal at the Paris Olympics.
During his visit, Kamran Tessori praised Nadeem for bringing honor to Pakistan, stating Arshad Nadeem has earned a good name for Pakistan. He added that the entire nation is proud of Nadeem’s exceptional talent.
Kamran Tessori also announced that Arshad Nadeem will be the brand ambassador for the upcoming Karachi marathon, which will kick off in January with around 60 games as part of the event.
Speaking to the media, Kamran Tessori lauded Pakistan’s potential, remarking, “Our country is full of talented individuals who are second to none in the world.” He expressed confidence in the nation's ability to achieve further success, stressing the importance of collective effort for the country’s development. “This is our nation, and together we will take it forward towards development and prosperity,” he added.
Kamran Tessori thanked the people of Mian Channu for their warm hospitality and reiterated his commitment to serving the public “I am deeply thankful to the people of Mian Channu for the heartfelt reception,” he said.
“The Governor’s House in Sindh is accessible to everyone. We are here to serve people,” he said.
He also acknowledged the leadership in Punjab, particularly praising Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for her efforts in advancing the province's development.“Maryam Nawaz is doing an excellent job in advancing the development of Punjab,” Kamran added.
