HARIPUR:

Outlaws struck several times in the suburbs of Haripur's Magistrate Colony, leaving several citizens in a state of fear and depriving them of cash and valuables worth hundreds of thousands.

Some gun-toting people approached a citizen and snatched some cash and a cell phone.

The suspects then targeted a shopkeeper in Mohalla Khoha and made off with a motorcycle.

Some robbers stormed into a residential property situated directly opposite Government High School No 2 and looted cash and valuables before fleeing.

Two masked men targeted a renowned shopkeeper on Talukar Road and deprived him of two mobile phones.

In a separate incident, five armed bandits barged into the residence of a medical store owner near Model City police station in Haripur, held the occupants hostage at gunpoint and made off with cash, mobile phones, and other valuables before escaping.

The string of robberies has left the citizens of Haripur in a state of 'utter lawlessness'.
