Wildlife dept calls for animal rights drive

Wildlife Department Deputy Director Arooj Zaheer emphasised the urgent need to raise awareness about the rights of birds and animals, calling for a collective effort to promote kindness and respect toward all sentient creatures.

Arooj stressed the importance of involving both public and private organisations, particularly animal rights groups, to highlight the significance of protecting birds and animals.

Arooj pointed out that a lack of awareness often leads to the mistreatment of animals worldwide.
