Sindh Secretariat employees to get health insurance

Each family member will be entitled to medical coverage

KARACHI:

The government has approved health insurance for Sindh Secretariat employees and their families. A historic agreement in this regard between the govt and the insurance company will extend comprehensive health coverage to the employees of the Secretariat, CM House, Governor's Secretariat, and Sindh Assembly.

Speaking at the agreement signing ceremony, Secretary General Administration said that a significant step has been taken towards the welfare of the employee. He stated that under this plan, each family member of the employees would be entitled to a health insurance policy worth Rs700,000, enabling them to receive medical treatment at 800 plus hospitals across the country.
