A woman named Thalia Graves has accused music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs and his former bodyguard of drugging, assaulting, and recording her in a shocking new lawsuit. The legal action, filed in a New York federal court, alleges that the incident occurred in 2001 and has had a devastating impact on the woman's life.

According to the lawsuit, the woman met Combs through her boyfriend, who worked at his record label, Bad Boy. She claims that during a meeting with Combs and his bodyguard, she was offered a drink and subsequently became incapacitated. The woman alleges that she awoke naked in a studio, tied up, and was then sexually assaulted by both Combs and his bodyguard.

Graves has accused Combs of rape, physical assault, and recording the incident without her consent. She has also alleged that the attack has caused her severe emotional trauma, including depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Combs has not yet responded to the allegations. However, this is not the first time he has faced accusations of sexual misconduct. In recent months, several other women have come forward with similar claims against the music mogul.

The lawsuit has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry and has raised questions about the prevalence of sexual assault in the music business. As the case progresses, it is expected to draw significant public attention and legal scrutiny.
