Model Lottie Moss, half-sister of Kate Moss, revealed she was hospitalized after overdosing on the weight-loss drug Ozempic. Speaking on her podcast “Dream On” on Thursday, the 26-year-old shared that she had a seizure from dehydration after unknowingly taking nearly twice the recommended dose of the medication, which is intended for diabetic patients. Moss warned listeners, “Please, if you’re thinking about doing it, do not take it. It’s so not worth it.”

Moss explained that she began using the drug after feeling unhappy with her body, obtaining it from a friend who sourced it from a “below board” doctor. After two weeks of use, she became extremely ill, unable to keep down food or water, and was rushed to the emergency room. “As soon as I got into the room, I literally had a seizure from how dehydrated I was,” she recalled, describing the experience as “the scariest thing that’s ever happened.”

Moss, who has struggled with addiction, said she hopes her experience will serve as a warning, emphasizing that Ozempic is for diabetes and not a solution for weight loss. “I would rather die any day than take it again,” she added. Moss has since reached a place where she is “happy” with her weight, crediting her new boyfriend for helping her love herself more.
