In a candid chat with Harper's Bazaar, Kareena Kapoor opened up about her refreshing take on beauty and her career, stating, "I'm 44 and have never felt better. I don't feel the need for Botox or any cosmetic enhancements. My husband finds me sexy, my friends say I look amazing, and my films are thriving. I play roles that reflect my age and am proud of it. I want people to see me for who I am and appreciate that."

Kareena's authenticity shines through as she spills her secrets to looking fit and fabulous at 44. "From the beginning, I was confident that my talent and dedication would ensure I continued to get work. I took care of myself, stayed fit, and focused on being the best version of myself," she said. For the Bollywood star, self-care is not just about hitting the gym but also about nurturing her soul.

Whether it's spending quality time with her friends, cooking with her husband Saif Ali Khan, or indulging in a good meal, Kareena believes in living life to the fullest. "Nourishing my soul with a good meal, a heartfelt chat, or a bottle of wine is essential for me," she added.

Kareena is not just walking the talk; she's also gearing up for her next big release, Hansal Mehta's The Buckingham Murders. The upcoming film sees Kareena step into the shoes of detective Jasmeet Bamra, aka Jass, as she unravels a gripping murder mystery. The trailer, which she recently shared on social media, promises an intriguing ride that has already garnered praise at the BFI London Film Festival 2023 and the Mumbai Film Festival 2023. Kareena captioned her post with excitement, "Trailer out now. The Buckingham Murders in cinemas on September 13."
