QUETTA:

A deadline has been issued to reopen the numerous schools that remain nonfunctional in Pishin. Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has expressed concern over the closure of the government-run schools in the district, which has the most nonfunctional institutes.

In a directive issued on Monday, CM Bugti ordered that all closed schools in the district be reopened by December 14. All members of the provincial assembly from Pishin and other officials were also present on the occasion when the CM passed this order.

To address the issue of teacher shortages, the CM highlighted the importance of swiftly hiring staff on a contractual basis. "We cannot allow the lack of teachers to hinder the education of our children," Bugti stated.
