Nikki Bella seeks divorce after alleged domestic violence

Nikki Bella is reportedly seeking a divorce lawyer following an alleged domestic violence incident involving her husband, Artem Chigvintsev. 

Sources close to the situation informed TMZ that Nikki began her search for legal representation the day after Artem allegedly assaulted her, causing injuries that led to his arrest for felony domestic violence. 

The incident occurred last Thursday, and since then, Nikki has been seen without her wedding ring, including while hosting an event in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Artem is reportedly not staying at the family home and has been residing at a friend's place, while Nikki remains at home with their 4-year-old son, Matteo. 

The couple, who met on "Dancing with the Stars" in 2017, married in 2022 after several years of dating. Artem was released on bail shortly after his arrest. 

The news comes just days after the couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary.
