Dr Muhammad Yunus, the chief adviser of Bangladesh's interim government, has lauded the Bangladesh cricket team for their performance in the Test series against Pakistan in Rawalpindi.

In a statement issued today, Yunus congratulated the team and commended captain Nazmul Hasan Shanto for his leadership in guiding Bangladesh to a historic 2-0 series victory over Pakistan.

The Bangladesh team displayed skill and professionalism, dominating Pakistan across all facets of the game. Dr Yunus acknowledged the contributions of every player and official, expressing his deep admiration and offering heartfelt congratulations to the team.

He highlighted the significance of the team's triumph with the rallying cry "Jai Bangla," urging the players to maintain their commitment and dedication as they strive for future success.
