KARACHI:

The Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly, Ali Khursheedi, has accused the Sindh government of deliberately undermining the local government system, contrary to the vision of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He highlighted the dire situation across Sindh, including Karachi, in the aftermath of the recent rains, stating that the province's condition is appalling.

Speaking to journalists at the Sindh Assembly's media corner on Monday, Khursheedi expressed his disappointment in the provincial administration. He remarked that although Murtaza Wahab was expected to serve as the mayor of Karachi, his focus seems limited to Shahrah-e-Faisal. He criticised Wahab for concentrating all resources on this major thoroughfare while neglecting other parts of the city.
