Olivia Rodrigo and Louis Partridge debut their relationship at Venice Film Festival.

 

Olivia Rodrigo made a striking entrance at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, where she confirmed her relationship with English actor Louis Partridge. The couple appeared together at the premiere of Partridge's new film "Disclaimer," an Apple TV+ crime thriller directed by Alfonso Cuarón.

Rodrigo, known for her "vampire" hit single and a fascination with the "Twilight" series, drew media attention in a sheer black slip dress adorned with a velvet floral pattern, embodying a 90s post-grunge aesthetic. This marked her first appearance at the Venice festival, where she supported Partridge, who stars alongside Cate Blanchett and Sacha Baron-Cohen in the film.

Though not walking the red carpet together, Rodrigo and Partridge were spotted posing for photos at the Hotel Excelsior. Partridge, dressed in a 70s style Prada suit, complemented Rodrigo's outfit, showcasing their coordinated fashion sense. The couple, who have been rumored to be dating since October 2023, displayed public affection, reinforcing their relationship status.

Louis Partridge expressed his excitement about the project and his debut at the festival. "It's a thrill to be part of such a dynamic cast and to premiere at Venice," he shared with reporters.

The film "Disclaimer" is set to begin streaming on Apple TV+ on October 11, 2024. Meanwhile, Rodrigo is on a brief hiatus from her Guts world tour, which will resume in mid-September with dates in Thailand.
