Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved the appointment of 25 parliamentary secretaries in Punjab.
As per an official statement, Osama Leghari has been appointed Parliamentary Secretary of Agriculture Department, Malik Iftikhar Ahmed of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Shoaib Owaisi of Board of Revenue and Mansoor Azam of Energy.
Shehryar Malik has been made Parliamentary Secretary of Excise and Taxation, Malik Muhammad Waheed of Food. Muhammad Ajmal Khan of Higher Education, Sultan Bajwa of Housing, Sonia Ashir of Human Rights and Minories Affairs and Hasan Askari Sheikh of Industries, Commerce, Investments and Skill Development.
Shazia Rizwan has been appointed Parliamentary Secretary of Information and Culture, Sahibzada Muhammad Gazain Abbasi of Labour and Manpower and Khalid Mehmood Ranjha of Law and Parliamentary Affairs.
Khuram Khan Virk has been made Parliamentary Secretary of Local Government and Community Development, Muhammad Zubair Khan of Mines and Minerals, Rana Muhammad Tariq Khan of Planning and Development and Ziaullah Shah of Punjab Emergency Services.
