Pakistan’s judiciary: ICJ to examine institute’s workings
It seeks to examine functioning of judiciary by interviewing and consulting a broad range of actors in judiciary and the legal profession, government and civil society.
It will release preliminary findings and observations at the end of the trip with recommendations for addressing conflicts within the framework of rule of law and human rights.
