Joe Jonas is choosing positivity over pettiness for his second solo album, "Music for People Who Believe in Love," set to release on October 18th.

In a recent Billboard interview, the 35-year-old singer clarified that the album, created amidst significant life changes including his divorce from Sophie Turner, isn't about "putting stuff on blast."

Despite drawing from personal experiences, Jonas emphasized his desire to focus on the positive aspects of his journey. He acknowledges the "beautiful life" he's grateful for, including his two daughters, and asserts that he's currently a happy person. The album reflects both his current state and the path he took to get there.

Jonas' recent years have been tumultuous, navigating personal growth and fatherhood under the intense scrutiny of the music industry. He views music as an outlet and hopes his album can help others going through similar experiences.

"Music for People Who Believe in Love" features Jonas' previously released single, "Work It Out," initially intended for the Jonas Brothers. The album will also include collaborations with various artists, showcasing diverse perspectives and voices.

While fans might be curious about any references to his recent divorce, Jonas assures them the album is about celebrating life and overcoming challenges, not dwelling on negativity.
