Lea Michele has expanded her family with the arrival of her second child.
The "Glee" star shared the joyful news on Instagram, revealing that she and her husband, Zandy Reich, welcomed a baby girl named Emery Sol Reich.
Michele posted a heartwarming photo featuring herself, her husband, and their 4-year-old son, Ever, holding the newborn’s leg. The caption read, "Our hearts are so full," expressing the family's joy.
The news of baby Emery's arrival comes just a few months after Michele publicly announced her pregnancy on March 27. At the time, she shared three photos of her baby bump on Instagram, writing, "Mommy, Daddy and Ever are overjoyed." In May, Michele revealed the sex of her second baby in a touching Mother's Day post, where she described the experience of holding her son while carrying her daughter.
In a candid conversation on Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt's podcast, "BDA Baby," Michele opened up about the challenges she faced while trying to conceive her second child.
She disclosed that she experienced "two back-to-back very early failed pregnancies" and described the emotional toll it took on her. After seeking medical advice, Michele was diagnosed with endometriosis, which provided clarity on the difficulties she had encountered.
Lea Michele and Zandy Reich began their relationship in July 2017, with their engagement following in April 2018. Michele shared the engagement news on Instagram, simply captioning her post, "Yes 💍."
