Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber have welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Jack Blues Bieber.

The couple shared the joyful news on Instagram on Friday, August 23. Justin and Hailey are enjoying their time with their newborn son and have reportedly settled in well at home.

A source close to the couple informed PEOPLE that both Hailey and baby Jack Blues are thriving after their hospital discharge. The source mentioned, "They're both overjoyed. The baby is such a miracle. He's adorable and doing well. Hailey's doing well, too."

They also noted that Justin and Hailey had long wished for this pregnancy and were ecstatic when they learned Hailey was expecting. "They very much wished and prayed for the pregnancy. For Justin, it was the best day ever when they learned Hailey was expecting. He was over the moon," the source added.

Family members have also expressed their congratulations. Stephen Baldwin, Hailey's father, and Pattie Mallette, Justin's mother, both shared warm wishes for the new parents. Stephen posted, "Amen, Congratulations to you and may God continue to bless our family."

The Biebers first announced their pregnancy news on Instagram in May 2024, with a representative revealing that Hailey was approximately six months along at that time. The couple, who wed in a New York City courthouse in September 2018 after a two-year engagement, later celebrated with a grand ceremony in Bluffton, South Carolina.
