SITE Association of Industry Chairman Abdul Wahab Lakhani has expressed concern over the rise in street crimes in SITE area.
In a statement, he said crime was controlled to some extent after the visit of the interior minister and Sindh home minister to the SITE Association on August 20, but since after the Eid holidays the criminals were operating freely. Lakhani said two industrialists were robbed of factory cash on Thursday and when one of them immediately rushed to the SITE police station to ask the officers to look for the culprits, they refused to accompany him.
