Rapper San E and father both booked on assault charges

Rapper San E and his father are now both facing legal trouble after an incident in Seoul on August 17. 

San E was initially booked for aggravated assault following a dispute with a passerby over the placement of a bicycle. 

According to reports, while both individuals were involved in the physical altercation, San E escalated the situation by using his phone and other objects as weapons.

On August 19, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul confirmed that San E's father, who was present during the incident, has also been charged with assault. 

He is accused of physically attacking the victim as well as the victim's acquaintances who were present at the scene.

A police official disclosed that the victim is also being charged with mutual assault, indicating that further investigations are ongoing to fully understand the circumstances of the altercation.
