Samoa's cricketer, Darius Visser, made history in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup East Asia Pacific Qualifier A match on Tuesday by scoring a record-breaking 39 runs in a single over.

Playing at Garden Oval in Samoa, Vesar faced Vanuatu's Nalin Nipiko and struck six consecutive sixes, taking full advantage of three no-balls in the over.

Visser smashed an impressive 132 off 62 balls, hitting 14 sixes and five fours to propel Samoa to 174 in their 20 overs. Vanuatu, in response, ended on 164/9, falling short by 10 runs.

Visser was in full attack mode, launching a hat-trick of sixes in the 15th over bowled by Nipiko, reaching his fifty from 35 balls.

Nipiko bowled a no-ball next, and Visser took full advantage, sending the free hit over square leg for his fourth six of the over.

After a dot ball, Nipiko overstepped again, and Visser, 28, cleared the fence for another six. A final no-ball allowed Visser to smash the last delivery over the leg side for the sixth six of the over.
