Media personality and podcast host DJ Akademiks, whose real name is Livingston Allen, is being sued in a civil case for allegedly raping Fauziya "Ziya" Abashe in July 2022.

Fans have since uncovered court documents from the case, one of which contains the statement: “Ms. Abashe was unconscious or incoherent because it is unconscionable to believe that any person who is a willing participant in these acts can endure the pain of being dragged back and forth on the concrete, incurring scrapes and scratches on their back, buttocks, and elbows, especially while there is an empty lawn chair in arms reach, as well as several empty rooms in the home.”

The statement included graphic images of the victim's injuries and text messages between the two, where she described the abuse she endured at the hands of his friends and mentioned drifting in and out of consciousness.

The lawsuit, filed in New Jersey Superior Court, also claims that two unnamed individuals drugged and assaulted Abashe earlier that day at Allen's residence.

Abashe, a writer from Pennsylvania, is suing Allen and the two unidentified individuals for s***** assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and defamation.

Her attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, mentioned that legal action was taken after unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter privately. Allen, known for his role in the "Everyday Struggle" series and significant social media presence, denied the allegations during a Rumble livestream, asserting that he has never faced charges related to these claims.

According to the lawsuit, Abashe began "casually dating" Allen in 2021 after connecting on social media, and the July 2022 incident allegedly occurred after she was drugged and assaulted by the unnamed individuals before being raped by Allen.

Abashe reported the assaults to the police and underwent a forensic exam, which she says led to police obtaining evidence and footage of the assault. The lawsuit details the severe physical and psychological trauma Abashe experienced and criticizes Allen's public statements, which she claims exacerbated her suffering.
