BTS' Jung Kook is ready to unveil his journey as a solo artist in the upcoming documentary film "Jung Kook: I Am Still."
This highly anticipated documentary chronicles his path from the success of his single "Seven" to the release of his debut album "Golden."
The film, directed by Junsoo Park and produced by Jiwon Yoon, will provide exclusive, never-before-seen footage and interviews, offering a glimpse into Jung Kook's creative process, work ethic, and the challenges of being a global superstar. "I Am Still" premieres in theaters worldwide on September 18th, with limited screenings in over 120 countries and regions. Tickets are available for purchase starting August 21st.
The documentary announcement follows a cryptic teaser from Jung Kook's label, BigHit, that excited fans worldwide. Jung Kook himself previously hinted at the project on his bandmate SUGA's YouTube talk show "Suchwita," expressing his feelings of pressure when filming alone compared to when he's with other BTS members.
In addition to the documentary, Jung Kook is also currently featured in a travel docu-series alongside bandmate Jimin on Disney+, titled "Are You Sure?!," which premiered on August 8th and will continue releasing episodes until September 19th.
