Two hand grenade explosions near the Quetta Railway Station injured seven people, including five children, on Monday evening.

According to Quetta police, unidentified individuals threw two hand grenades near a hotel close to the railway station before fleeing the scene.

The grenades detonated with a loud explosion, causing injuries to seven passengers who were preparing to board the Jaffar Express.

Following the blasts, rescue workers quickly transported the injured to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Police and security forces cordoned off the area and began a search operation.
