Indian filmmaker Nikkhil Advani has revealed that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan feels deeply disappointed if his films fail to cross the INR300 crore mark at the box office.

Advani, who has worked with Khan on projects like Salaam-e-Ishq and Hero, shared his thoughts on the challenges of working with the actor.

In a recent interview, Advani expressed reluctance to collaborate with Khan again, citing the immense pressure associated with the star’s name.

"There are huge expectations at the box office when Salman Khan is involved," Advani said.

"If a film does not earn over 300 crores, it affects him deeply, and I don't want to carry that burden."

Advani further explained that the pressure to produce a blockbuster limits his creative freedom.

"I want to make films that I believe in, without the weight of having to deliver 300-400 crore earnings," he added.

"I need to be able to sleep peacefully at night."

Despite these challenges, Advani spoke highly of his personal relationship with Khan, describing him as a loyal friend who is always willing to help others.

"Salman is Bollywood's guardian angel," Advani said.

"He never says no to anyone in need. He's an incredible human being."

This candid insight into the pressures faced by Bollywood filmmakers highlights the intense expectations placed on industry giants like Salman Khan, where success is often measured by box office numbers.
