Student injured in firing outside school

MULTAN:

A minor schoolboy was injured as a result of firing by unidentified people in front of a private school.

Police said some unidentified people resorted to firing in front of the school.

As result, the student named Mehboob Ahmed was injured.

It could not be ascertained by the police whether the victim had been hit by a stray bullet or shot intentionally.

The attackers escaped from the scene while brandishing weapons, local people said .

The wounded student was shifted to a tehsil headquarters hospital by rescue workers.
