The exclusive building offers amenities such as a full-time doorman, an indoor pool, a private parking garage, a high-end fitness studio, and a landscaped rooftop deck.

The apartment complex includes 54 loft-style residences ranging from 2,900 to 4,250 square feet, and eight penthouses from 4,500 to 9,000 square feet. Traditional units come in two, three, or four-bedroom configurations, each with a private elevator entry.

The tower, originally gutted and upgraded with luxury features, retains some historical architectural elements.

Other celebrities residing in this upscale property include Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake, and Jennifer Lawrence.

While the “Gossip Girl” star generally keeps her personal life private, she has shared glimpses of her home over the years.

In January 2024, Lively offered fans a look at her and her husband’s rustic primary bedroom, which she decorated herself.

“Yes I low key moonlight as an interior designer but please don’t tell bc I definitely don’t want the world to know that I have a hidden talent which I require external validation on,” she joked on Instagram at the time along with a photo of herself posing in the cozy room.

Gold sconces are mounted on either side of Lively and Reynolds’ vintage green velvet bed, with a delicate art deco chandelier resembling a flower hanging overhead.
