50 Cent emerged victorious in his legal battle with former drug kingpin Cory 'Ghost' Holland, who had accused the rapper of using his life story, as told on his 2007 CD 'Blasphemy', as the plot for the hit series 'Power'.

Holland's $1 billion lawsuit was ultimately dismissed by the court, which sided with 50 Cent.

Celebrating the win on social media, 50 Cent wrote, "Fool thought he was GHOST. Da fvck wrong wit these ni***’s man LOL @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi," alongside a story about his legal victory.

Judge Analisa Torres ruled that 'Power' never directly refers to Holland, which is essential for a defamation claim, and that any similarities between Holland's life and the show's plot could be coincidental.

The legal dispute has been contentious, with Holland allegedly threatening 50 Cent's life earlier this year.

He stated, "If a m*therf*cker gets killed because your m*therf*cking client threaten me and my family, file a m*therf*cking motion for that. I ain’t playing with your m*therf*cking client no more, next time he or anyone he sends pull up, f*ck the litigation."

Holland accused 50 Cent of playing games with people's lives, humiliating them, and then playing the victim.

The rapper's legal counsel took the threat seriously and informed the court that they would notify the relevant local authorities.
