A joint effort of Government Girls Degree College Sukkur and District administration organised a tree plantation campaign at the college's main ground, marking a significant step towards environmental conservation and community health enhancement.
During the campaign, Sukkur Administration in collaboration with the Department of Forests, has successfully planted approximately 1000 shade trees across in several educational institutes.
This initiative aims to mitigate the adverse impacts of landfill activities and promote a healthier and more pleasant environment for residents.
The city administration officials highlighted the importance of this collaboration, emphasising the role in conjunction with the college. One hundred plants of various types were planted. Faculty, students, and officials vowed to continue cooperation for the the well-being of citizens.
