The Judicial Magistrate South has rejected the remand request for workers of the Baloch Yakjahati Committee (BYC) from the Karachi Press Club and discharged all the accused.
The case, heard in the court of the Judicial Magistrate South in Karachi, involved allegations of raising slogans against country institutions. Police presented 22 arrested individuals before the magistrate. The investigating officer requested physical remand of the accused, but this request was denied by the court.
