Christina Hall Fires Back at Estranged Husband Josh Hall Over ‘Hope’ Post

Christina did not hold back with her response to Josh Hall’s message about “hope.”

Christina Hall has responded sharply to her estranged husband Josh Hall's recent social media post about "hope" amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.

On August 1, 2024, Christina Hall took to Instagram Stories to address a photo of a sculpture with the word “hope” shared by Josh on his own Instagram Stories. Christina’s repost featured a pointed message: “I ‘HOPE’ she pays me millions more than what she’s already offered me,” accompanied by a praying hands emoji and a money emoji.

 

 

Her comment appears to reference ongoing financial disputes between the couple as part of their divorce.

Josh Hall, who filed for divorce on July 15, 2024, cited "irreconcilable differences" and requested spousal support from Christina, whom he has been married to for just under three years.

Christina countered with a legal filing on July 24, seeking to prevent either party from requesting support and detailing the significant assets at stake, including their $12 million Newport Beach home.

In addition to her Instagram response, Christina alleged that Josh mishandled funds from two rental properties she owns in Tennessee. According to legal documents, Josh allegedly instructed a property manager to transfer $35,000 in rent payments to his personal account shortly after Christina announced her intention to divorce on June 7, 2024.

Previously, Christina had criticized Josh's request for financial support in an Instagram statement posted on July 25, 2024. She defended her hard work and labeled Josh as "an insecure man with a large ego."

Christina, who stars on HGTV’s Christina on the Coast and Christina in the Country, has previously been married to Tarek El Moussa, with whom she co-parents two children, and Ant Anstead, with whom she shares one child. Josh Hall, a former police officer and real estate agent, was also previously married.

 

 

Their separation has sparked public and legal disputes, including a recent Instagram post by Josh featuring a praying hands emoji, which Christina seemingly mocked with a smiling selfie captioned with the same emoji.

Sources close to Josh have claimed that Christina ceased communication with him toward the end of their marriage, and that Josh is now focusing on personal interests such as church and fitness in Nashville.

This divorce marks Christina’s third marriage.
