Seventeen’s Mingyu announced as new Dior global ambassador

Mingyu stepped into Dior’s spotlight, replacing Cha Eun Woo as global ambassador.

Seventeen’s Mingyu has been named the new global ambassador for the luxury fashion brand Dior, according to reports on July 26 KST. 

Mingyu, who previously drew attention for his appearance at the 2024 Dior Autumn-Winter Women's Collection Show during Paris Fashion Week, will now represent Dior alongside BLACKPINK’s Jisoo. 

This announcement marks a transition from ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, who recently concluded his tenure with Dior and is now set to join Saint Laurent as a global ambassador. 

At a recent event for Dior, Mingyu admitted, "Honestly, I'm a little bit nervous, but I'm trying to keep it cool."
