Mika Singh slams Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's ex-manager over Dubai arrest claims
Indian singer Mika Singh has criticised Salman Ahmed, the former manager of renowned Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, following rumours of Khan's arrest at Dubai Airport.
Recently, social media buzzed with reports that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was detained in Dubai due to a defamation complaint filed by his former manager, Salman Ahmed.
The news caused considerable distress among Khan’s fans.
However, Khan later denied the arrest rumours in a social media statement.
In his statement, Khan clarified that he was in Dubai for song recordings and assured fans that all was well.
He urged his followers not to believe the baseless rumours, promising his return to Pakistan soon.
Mika Singh, taking to his official Instagram handle, condemned Ahmed’s actions, expressing bewilderment over why a former manager would spread such damaging news.
Singh emphasised that Ahmed gained fame, respect, and wealth due to his association with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and criticised him for resorting to such tactics.
Singh further appealed to Ahmed, reminding him of the brotherly bond he shared with Khan and urging him to cease such actions.
It is noteworthy that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan had terminated Ahmed’s services a few months ago, leading to mutual legal actions.
