Given the trend of TikTokers exposing their exes, it was natural for creator Madeline Argy to share her own videos.

For a week in mid-February, the world was captivated by Tareasa “Reesa Teesa” Johnson's 50-part series titled “Who TF Did I Marry?” In this series, she exposed the various ways her ex-husband allegedly deceived her during their marriage, and it quickly went viral.

Each of Reesa Teesa’s videos amassed millions of views as people eagerly followed the unfolding lies, rumors, and juicy details. One commenter humorously remarked,  “I just canceled my Hulu subscription [for this.]”

While Reesa Teesa’s viral series is hard to beat, other TikTok creators have been sharing similar multi-part storytimes about their exes. For instance, Brooke Schofield posted her own “Who TF Did I Marry” story on June 26.

When her ex, musician Clinton Kane, accused her of not moving on from their breakup and called her a “yapper” in a video promoting his new song, Schofield responded with 13 videos packed with receipts and details. In the comments, one person said,“Oh, I’m SAT” while another wrote, “I’m living for this lore, omgggg.”

A few days after Schofield’s series, fellow creator Madeline Argy also went viral with her series about her ex, rapper Central Cee. In a video posted on July 12, Argy revealed details about their allegedly troubled relationship. While not everyone chooses to share their personal issues online, these two influencer stars have clearly taken inspiration from Reesa Teesa’s approach.

The Madeline Argy and Central Cee “ Who TF Did I Marry” TikTok series

Given the trend of TikTokers exposing their exes, it was only natural for creator Madeline Argy to share her own videos. On July 12, her ex-boyfriend Central Cee and rapper Ice Spice released a song titled “Did It First,” which Glamour reported included lyrics about both artists cheating on their partners—suggesting they were involved with each other.

Argy, who has had an on-and-off relationship with Cee since 2022, called him out in a five-part series that has since received millions of views. “Girls, you told me to stand up, so I am standing up,” she says in a video posted on July 12. “Let me tell you how I didn’t know any of this was going to f*cking happen.”

Argy then delved into the details, revealing that Cee had shared his verse from “Did It First” while lying next to her in bed. This is how she discovered he was allegedly cheating. “I’m like, not only did you just snitch on yourself that you’re cheating, but you just told me exactly how.

In the comments, one person remarked, “Madz is 100% me if I was an influencer. I would tell all the gossip. We need more influencers like you.” Another commented, “THIS IS A HISTORICAL EVENT.”

In subsequent videos, Argy revealed that it appeared Cee was also attempting to spark cheating rumors before his song release by sending another girl his personal car to give her a ride.

This unfolded just before Argy was set to travel to Nigeria with Cee: “At this point, it clicks this isn’t a vacation. I’m now part of this man’s marketing scheme.” Argy went on to admit that she was “knee-deep”Argy admitted she was deeply involved in the comments section, alongside her followers, as she tried to uncover the truth.

Eventually, after consulting her team, Argy began to suspect that Cee had allegedly started the cheating rumor as a marketing tactic. Although this clearly upset her, Argy decided to go to Nigeria but requested that no one take photos of them together to avoid escalating the situation.

After the trip, Argy distanced herself from the relationship. However, Cee called her one night at 11 p.m. and allegedly said, “You need to remember that I’m a human being when you see what you’re going to see tomorrow.”  The following day, photos surfaced showing Cee with Ice Spice, revealing they had gone shopping together. That was the last time Argy had direct contact with Cee.

“Guys, imagine you break up with your boyfriend one night and the next day he’s posted up with Ice Spice,” she shared. “I didn’t even get to break up with him and he’s already with the next girl.” Honestly, if that doesn’t inspire a five-part rant on TikTok, what will?

It's hard to predict what will happen next, but hopefully, Schofield and Argy will keep their followers informed. Here’s to hoping for a potential collaboration between the two podcasters soon.

The Brooke Schofield and Clinton Kane “ Who TF Did I Marry” TikTok series

Schofield, a Los Angeles-based influencer and podcaster, shared the dramatic story of how she met Kane and the lies he reportedly told.

In her first video, the creator shared that while she enjoyed Kane’s music, she didn’t know him personally. Kane reportedly would respond to all her Instagram stories and even invited her to Las Vegas, where he lived, for dinner. Since Schofield was hesitant to meet a stranger, she initially turned down the invitation.

Later, when Kane visited Los Angeles for a performance, he invited Schofield to attend. They began talking that night and quickly connected. Schofield was attracted to his charisma and humor, as well as the resilience he showed through his tragic backstory.

The musician, who said he came from a poor family in Australia, claimed that three family members, including his mom, had died within a year. This tugged at Schofield’s heartstrings and made her overlook red flags, she explained in her series.

The two met in 2020 and eventually decided to quarantine together in a hotel, leading to them officially dating. Spending all their time together, Schofield began to notice inconsistencies in his life story, and he allegedly started arguments that were difficult for her to handle.

Before releasing his 2020 album, Kane appeared on their friends' podcast, the Zach Sang Show. After the episode aired, Schofield saw comments questioning Kane's Australian accent, suggesting it was fake. Some commenters also mentioned knowing his mom and claimed she was very much alive.

Like Reesa Teesa, Schofield had to play detective to uncover the truth. She discovered that Kane’s mom appeared to be "still kicking" and even pretended to contact her to gauge Kane's reaction.

Although he initially denied lying, Schofield gradually realized that she had apparently been deceived for months.

“It was genuinely the worst feeling I have ever felt in my entire life,” she shared in part 10 of her series. “I’ve never been obviously lied to in that way, but I spend so much time with this person, he’s my best friend, I’m in love with him, and I’m dating him. He’s the closest person in the world to me — and he made himself up.”

Although she didn't end the relationship immediately—much like Reesa Teesa, Schofield wanted to give her partner the benefit of the doubt—she began to suspect that everything he said was a lie. What ultimately led to their breakup was catching him cheating. Kane has since responded to these videos with his own perspective, prompting other creators to delve into the details.

Notable figures, including Alix Earle and Schofield’s friend and podcast co-host Tana Mongeau, have expressed their shock in the comments section. Schofield has posted follow-up videos to clarify details, much to the delight of her 2.1 million followers. It's evident that no one can get enough of this story.
