Ajoka students present new play

The Ajoka Institute’s acting students performed a new play, ‘Joggers to acchay hotay hain’, written by Adeel Haroon, a writing class student.

The play revolved around a young girl who doesn't want to go through an arranged marriage.

It was directed by Nirvaan Nadeem with assistance by Samavia Ebrahim.

The cast included Shokat Manzoor, Ahsan Zia, Zahra Zubair, Daud Pirzada, Jawad Shah Minahil, Arslan Javed, Waqar Ali, Fahad Javed, Hoorain Zubia and Keyyan Nasir.

After the performance, certificates were distributed among the successful students of the class. Ajoka Executive Director Shahid Nadeem congratulated the students and thanked the Punjab Institute of Language, Art and Culture (PILAC) for its support.
