Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo hold hands while house hunting with Elizabeth Yu

Stranger Things actors Finn Wolfhard and Gaten Matarazzo enjoyed a playful outing in New York City on Wednesday.

The two Netflix stars were spotted holding hands while walking through New York City, seemingly on a house-hunting expedition.

They were accompanied on the outing by Gaten's girlfriend, 21-year-old actress Elizabeth Yu.

Finn, who appeared in a preview of the upcoming fifth and final season of Stranger Things earlier this week, looked completely relaxed in a white long-sleeve T-shirt with the sleeves rolled up above his elbows.

Gaten, 21, appeared to be thoroughly enjoying himself, grinning from ear to ear.

Gaten's girlfriend, Elizabeth, donned a white shirt with the words "A Film By Todd Haynes" across the chest, referencing her supporting role in Haynes' acclaimed drama May December, which featured Natalie Portman, Julianne Moore, and Charles Melton.

The film was loosely inspired by Mary Kay Letourneau, who, in 1997, pleaded guilty to second-degree child rape after starting a relationship with her sixth-grade student, Vili Fualaau.

Elizabeth portrayed the daughter of a woman facing a similar circumstance (Moore).

The three seemed to rendezvous with a woman who was to show them around a building, and they were seen following her up a flight of stairs.

Fans of Stranger Things can expect to see more of Finn and Gaten when they come back for season five of Netflix's popular sci-fi/horror series.

The cast returning for this series includes Winona Ryder, aged 52; Millie Bobby Brown, aged 20; Noah Schnapp, aged 19; Caleb McLaughlin, aged 22; Sadie Sink, aged 22; Joe Keery, aged 32; Maya Hawke, aged 26; in addition to Finn and Gaten.

Stranger Things is anticipated to come back in early 2025, though an exact premiere date has not been confirmed.
