Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant's wedding gets cinematic touch with animated film

Film showcased during Shubh Aashirwad ceremony featured narration by Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding continues to make headlines after YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia shared on his platform Beer Biceps that director Atlee, known for his work in Bollywood and beyond, was commissioned to create a special 10-minute animated film for the wedding.

The unique film was showcased during the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony, featuring narration by none other than Amitabh Bachchan.

Speaking on a podcast with American comedian-actor Akaash Singh, Ranveer revealed, "On the second day of the wedding festivities, they premiered a 10-minute movie created by Atlee specifically for the guests. It was an animated film with Amitabh Bachchan providing the voiceover. This micro-movie added a special touch to the wedding celebrations."

The grand wedding, held on July 12 in Mumbai, was a star-studded affair attended by Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor, as well as international figures such as John Cena and Kim Kardashian.

The three-day extravaganza featured lavish and unique events, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.

Ranveer also described the elaborate baraat procession, saying, "They constructed a long pathway with stations along it, each featuring a different music superstar. Unlike a typical wedding procession, where guests move together, here the procession stopped at each station for a mini-concert. The atmosphere was electric, with everyone in the baraat thoroughly enjoying themselves."
