Chris Hemsworth, renowned for his roles in action-packed films, recently shared an intense arm workout routine in a video posted on his Instagram account. The Hollywood star, known for portraying Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and more recently starring in "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga," demonstrated exercises aimed at keeping his arms in peak condition.

In the Instagram video, Hemsworth, 40, introduced his followers to the "28 Days of Arms" program available on his wellness app, Centr. Holding weights in each hand, he enthusiastically encouraged viewers to participate in the daily arm workouts designed to enhance muscle tone and strength.

 

"Hey, what’s up legends," Hemsworth greeted his audience in the video. "Check out the 28 Days of Arms program. There’s a new workout for your arms every single day."

Known for his charismatic persona, Hemsworth added a touch of humor during the demonstration. "I can’t even count to 28, let alone think of 28 different workouts for your arms," he quipped. "But we’ve got 28 different workouts."

Reflecting on his family's enthusiasm for action movies, Hemsworth mentioned his children's eagerness to join in on the action during the premiere of "Furiosa." "My kids, I've got to hold them on the sidelines," he shared, referring to his daughter India Rose, 12, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, both 10, whom he shares with wife Elsa Pataky. "They're like, ‘Give me a shot! I want to jump in there, jump in the truck and the bike,’ and so on."
